We are glad to inform you that we reached a required number of EB-5 investors for our project with Pine State Regional Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our cooperation with Pine State Regional Center started in early 2020, just before the EB-5 industry was hit by the pandemic and unexpected border restrictions. Personal meetings with investors became a no-go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We reacted to the new reality by hosting webinars with representatives of Pine State Regional Center and immigration attorneys from Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy. Webinar recordings can still be found on our YouTube channel<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We as Catlett, Inc., a U.S.-based business consultancy with agents in Russia, Kenya and India, represented Pine State Regional Center in Russia and the CIS countries. Our task was to find investors interested in getting a green card through the EB-5 program. Our offer was an investment opportunity at Big River Steel, a high-end factory in Osceola, AR as part of its Phase II expansion project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n As of October 2021, the Phase II expansion project is done with filling interested EB-5 investors. There is potential for a further Phase III expansion, which we will announce if it takes place.
