The Project
Catlett, Inc. is proud to announce its cooperation with Maison 264 real estate investment project. Maison 264 will be a suburban garden-style 248-unit apartment complex in Lowell, Arkansas.
The project offers units of LLC membership interests in a to-be-formed single-purpose limited liability company. About half of the initial equity of $10.7 million is still available. Offers are only made pursuant to the offering documents and by the developer.
